Refunds for Recorded Courses:
✔ No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any of our recorded courses once purchased. Please review the course content and requirements carefully before making a purchase.
Refunds for Live Courses:
✔ Eligibility: Refunds
for live courses are available only if the request is made before the
course start date. Once the course has started, no refunds will be
issued.
✔ Refund Process: To
request a refund, please contact us before the start of the course. The
refund process may take up to 7 working days.
✔ Refund Deductions: A 25%
service charge will be deducted from the total course fee for
processing and administrative costs. The remaining 75% will be
refunded to your account.
✔ Refund Process: To request a refund, please email us at support@samzoneacademy.com with the subject line: "Refund : Course Name" In the email body, Please include your Name, Email, Mobile, and preferred refund Payment method.
Important Notes
✔ All refund requests must be made before the course begins. No
refunds will be processed after the course has started.
✔ The service charge is non-negotiable and will be applied to all
live course refunds.
