Course Enrollment and Access
✔ Recorded Courses: Once you purchase a recorded course, you will have lifetime access to the course content unless otherwise specified.
✔ Live Courses: Enrollment in live courses is subject to availability and the specified start date. Samzone Academy reserves the right to change course dates or cancel courses if necessary.
Payment and Fees
✔ All course fees must be paid in full before you can access any course content.
✔ Payment methods are outlined during the enrollment process, and you are responsible for ensuring your payment information is correct and up-to-date.
✔ In the case of live courses, please refer to our Refund Policy for details regarding refunds and deductions.
Refund Policy
✔ Recorded Courses: No refunds will be issued for recorded courses once purchased.
✔ Live Courses: Refund requests for live courses must be submitted before the course start date. A 25% service fee will be deducted, and the remaining 75% will be refunded to your account within 7 working days. No refunds will be issued after the course begins. For more information, please refer to our Refund Policy. To request a refund, email support@samzoneacademy.com with the subject line: "Refund my course fees," and include your name, email, mobile number, and refund payment method.
